Working with Jody Conser was a delight, and with her competent assistance, knowledge of the local real estate market, and available condo units, we secured the condo of our choice. She promptly arranged multiple unit showings that met our needs and life style. Jody effectively pointed out positive unique features of each condo such as the unit's 180 degree view, air conditioning, square footage, and other benefits. She provided us with the measurements of each room for the condo we selected.

We shared with Jody that we needed to finance the purchase of the Astoria condo on a contingency basis using proceeds from the sale of my Washington condo. The counter offer we made to the seller was accepted, and we secured the great condo of our choice. All sale paperwork was completed and we closed the sale in May.

The first word I think of is "fantastico!"

I was fortunate to inquire about a property on realtor.com and Jody answered me right away. From that second, she was attentive and helpful in regards to my search. Since I lived out of town, she went beyond to help me "look" at the properties using her eyes, ears and senses. I cannot believe how lucky I was that she answered me. There were some rough times when I was selling my house in CA and Jody was right there with a positive thought, encouraging me when it all looked bleak.

She has been helpful to give me local resources all along the way. There are not enough good words for Jody and her ability to navigate both calm and challenging waters.
